Thursday, August 21, 2025 – PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia made a breakthrough by collaborating with SMKN 2 Kendal in opening Industry and Mandarin Language classes. This collaboration is a commitment to producing skilled and competitive graduates who can effectively face challenges in the industry.
Central Java is currently a popular destination for foreign investment, particularly from China. This has created a high demand for workers with technical expertise in related industries, such as solar module and panel production. Also, for workers who can communicate in Mandarin.
Xu Ming, the director of PT TMAI, said, “We are committed to developing solar energy technology that can provide clean energy so that people around the world can benefit from it. One of our goals is to create a green, sustainable economy. Of course, achieving this goal requires significant support, talent, and human resources. This collaboration is a strategic step. We are doing this by opening practical industry classes and developing a joint curriculum.”
The Head of the Kendal Regency Manpower Office, Cici Sulastri, expressed her appreciation to PT TMAI for its collaboration aimed at reducing unemployment among vocational school graduates. The opening of the classes not only plays a role in improving the quality of skilled and competitive human resources, but also opens up more opportunities for students to find employment in large companies. She hopes this collaboration will continue and be implemented in other schools in Kendal.
