PT Beurer Indonesia Technology Exports to Germany

PT Beurer Indonesia Technology today officially released its first export of products to Germany, shipping 12,000 units of massage devices worth USD 45,000 through Tanjung Mas Port, Semarang. This shipment marks an important first step for Beurer Indonesia in entering the global supply chain while strengthening the contribution of Kendal Special Economic Zone to national export growth.

 

Beurer GmbH is a company from Ulm, Germany, which has been established since 1919 and is known as a pioneer in health & well-being products. For more than a century, Beurer has led the European market for wellness tools, massage devices, beauty treatments, and health monitoring. Through its global expansion, Beurer built a large-scale production facility in KEK Kendal with a capacity of up to 600,000 units per month.

 

This first export was attended by Tjertja Karja Adil, Chief Administrator of Kendal SEZ, Bier Budy Kismulyanto, Head of Semarang Customs Office, Kendal Industrial Estate management, and representatives from several government agencies. On the occasion, Sugeng as Director of PT Beurer Indonesia Technology said that this first export is an important step in Beurer Indonesia's journey to reach the global market and demonstrate Indonesia's manufacturing excellence. With a large production capacity and operational readiness in KEK Kendal, Beurer is ready to meet global demand.

 

Executive Director of Kendal SEZ, Juliani Kusumaningrum, said that the success of this export shows the readiness of the area in supporting export-based industries. "Beurer Indonesia's first export shows how the facilities in Kendal KEK are able to become a production center for export-oriented industries. This is clear evidence that Indonesia, through Kendal SEZ, is an important part of the global supply chain for the medical device and healthy lifestyle sectors," she said.

 

Head of KPPBC Type Madya Semarang, Bier Budy Kismulyanto, also expressed his appreciation for Beurer's first export. "We hope that this export can run sustainably and the facilities provided by SEZ can be utilized optimally. With the support of various available fiscal facilities, we believe export activities like this will provide real benefits not only for the company, but also for the national economy through increased foreign exchange," he said.
