Industrial estates are estimated to attract investment of around Rp 300 trillion in 2018. If all this time the incentives are only given to industry, the government now plans to provide incentives to industrial estate developers. The incentives that are being discussed are the ease of land acquisition and the guarantee of raw water supply.
The most investment will be planted in 13 industrial areas (KI) which become government programs, which are worth Rp. 250.7 trillion. The 13 KI are Morowali (Central Sulawesi), Special Economic Zone (KEK) Sei Mangkei (North Sumatra), Bantaeng (South Sulawesi), JIIPE Gresik (East Java), Kendal (Central Java), Wilmar Serang (Banten), Dumai (Riau), Konawe (Southeast Sulawesi), KEK Palu (Central Sulawesi), KEK Bitung (North Sulawesi), Ketapang (West Kalimantan), KEK Lhokseumawe (Aceh), and Tanjung Buton (Riau). While the rest will be invested in other industrial areas.

“인센티브 제도를 재검토해야 합니다. 현재 핵심산업(KI) 관리자를 위한 인센티브가 전무한 상황입니다. 따라서 나중에 산업계에서도 그 차이를 체감하게 됩니다. 예를 들어 토지나 원수 확보의 용이성 같은 문제입니다. 지역 내외 산업 간에는 차별이 있어야 하며, 단순히 동일한 조건을 적용해서는 안 됩니다.”라고 푸투는 1월 31일 수요일 자카르타에서 지적재산권청과 산업부가 공동 주최한 ‘2015년 제142호 산업단지 개발 사업 후속 평가’ 세미나에서 말했다.
