Budianto Liman and Sembcorp Development CEO Kelvin Teo.\u00a0<strong>WHO<\/strong>\u00a0is a joint venture between\u00a0<strong>PT \uc790\ubc14\ubca0\uce74 Tbk\u00a0<\/strong>\uadf8\ub9ac\uace0\u00a0<strong>Sembcorp Development Indonesia Pte. Ltd.<\/strong>, \uc790\ud68c\uc0ac\u00a0<strong>Sembawang Development Ltd. from Singapore.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Airlangga said that Presidential Regulation No. 3 of 2016 concerning Acceleration of the Implementation of National Strategic Projects stipulates that <strong>WHO<\/strong> is a national strategic project that obtains facilities in licensing and non-licensing. &#8220;For example, the ease of direct construction investment services that provide convenience for companies in parallel managing IMB, environmental permits and other permits to accelerate development,&#8221; he explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Airlangga said that Presidential Regulation No. 3 of 2016 concerning Acceleration of the Implementation of National Strategic Projects stipulates that\u00a0<strong>WHO<\/strong>\u00a0is a national strategic project that obtains facilities in licensing and non-licensing. &#8220;For example, the ease of direct construction investment services that provide convenience for companies in parallel managing IMB, environmental permits and other permits to accelerate development,&#8221; he explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<strong>Currently there are 20 companies committed to investing in KIK<\/strong>, consisting of investors from Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
