If all this time the incentives are only given to industry, the government now plans to provide incentives to industrial estate developers. The incentives that are being discussed are the ease of land acquisition and the guarantee of raw water supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The most investment will be planted in 13 industrial areas (KI) which become government programs, which are worth Rp. 250.7 trillion. The 13 KI are Morowali (Central Sulawesi),&nbsp;<strong>Special Economic Zone (KEK)<\/strong>&nbsp;Sei Mangkei (North Sumatra), Bantaeng (South Sulawesi), JIIPE Gresik (East Java), Kendal (Central Java), Wilmar Serang (Banten), Dumai (Riau), Konawe (Southeast Sulawesi), KEK Palu (Central Sulawesi), KEK Bitung (North Sulawesi), Ketapang (West Kalimantan), KEK Lhokseumawe (Aceh), and Tanjung Buton (Riau).
