Jakarta <\/strong><\/span>\u2013 China`s Hebei Bishi Steel Group would go ahead with its plan to establish a steel factory in Patebon Subdistrict, Kendal District, Central Java Province. The group has vowed to prioritize employment of local people, an Indonesian government official said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Chinese steel factory will start operating in 2019 or, at the latest, by 2020, Head of Kendal District Mirna Annisa told Antara<\/em> here on Wednesday, when questioned about the group\u2019s investment commitment in the district area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
